Where should I start if I'm not sure?

Most women start directly with the Clarity Session. It's the fastest way to get a clear picture of your situation and 3 concrete priorities. If you'd rather meet me first, a free 30-minute discovery call is also available at the bottom of this page.

What is the Clarity Session?

A deep dive into your situation. Once you book, I send you a short questionnaire within 24 hours. In 60 minutes we get a clear picture of what you're experiencing, and you leave with 3 personalised priority actions and a written summary. From there, you can continue with the 3-Month Program or move forward on your own.

What is the free discovery call?

A free 30-minute conversation to see if we're the right fit. You share where you are, I explain how I work, and we both decide if it makes sense to continue. No commitment, no pressure. It's a secondary option. Most women go straight to the Clarity Session.

How does the support work?

Once we start working together, you have access to weekly video calls and messaging between sessions. Between calls, you are never on your own. Questions, doubts, hard days. I am there and I respond within 24 hours.

In which languages do you offer sessions?

English, French, and Swedish.

Where are you based?

Currently between Sweden and Vietnam, but I work entirely online with women internationally.

Is there a coaching agreement?

Yes. Depending on what you choose, I send you the relevant document by email before we begin. For the Clarity Session, a simple terms and conditions. For the 3-Month Program, a coaching agreement that outlines how we work together, what you can expect from me, and what I ask from you. A confirmation reply is all it takes.

How does payment work?

Once you book your Clarity Session, I send you the payment details by email. Payment is made by Wise or bank transfer. The session is paid at €75 before we meet. If you decide to continue with the 3-Month Program afterwards, the €75 is deducted from the total. The program is €850 in full or 3 × €300 monthly. Transfer and currency exchange fees, if any, are at your expense.

When do I pay?

The Clarity Session is paid before the session. For the 3-Month Program, we agree on a start date together and payment is made before we begin.

Can I still work with you if I'm on hormone therapy?

Yes. My approach is designed to complement medical care by supporting lifestyle, nutrition, movement, and overall well-being through menopause.

What happens if I don't see results?

Every woman's journey through menopause is different, and so is the pace of change. Some things take time to work, and that's normal. What matters is that we track your progress together, and if something consistently isn't working, we adjust. Nothing is ever fixed forever. The program evolves with you.

Is this medical advice?

No. This is coaching support, designed to complement your medical care, not replace it. For medical concerns, always consult your doctor.
